Background: Several remote areas in Aceh lack proper water supply, leading to the citizens consuming well for daily needs. The quality is determined by concentration of minerals thus affected location sources. Insufficient monitor its poses risks health problems, such as urinary tract stones.Objective: This study investigated incidence stones on patients seeking medical help Zaenoel Abidin hospital and association consumption.Methods: Respondents were visiting urological surgery polyclinic at Regional Hospital consenting be research respondents. Sixty respondents divided into two groups: patient group suffering from those who did not. disease status was based diagnosis a urology specialist results ultrasonography. Among stones, most them (63.6%) consumed water, while only few control group, non-urinary patients, (36.4%) water. There risk (p = 0.038, OR 3.5)Conclusion: use intake contributes developing stones.
